Hi Ashley-
ReplyDeleteI am a yoga teacher currently working on getting my counseling license in Portland, OR and like the idea of a mind-body therapy. I am bringing mindfulness studies and Buddhist Psychology into my program, which is well-received, but there is little about it in the texts. Do you know of any writing in the literature on the topic? I also enjoy bringing the mindfulness perspective into discussions about music. Check out my blog here at YogiTunes on "Mindful Musicians, Mindful Music."
Namaste,
Bodhiron
